Hire-A-Thon was a hiring hackathon run with InvoLead: instead of long interview rounds, candidates proved themselves by tackling real-world problem statements, with a direct shot at a role at InvoLead.
InvoLead's tech panel judged the projects and gave feedback, and participants competed for cash prizes and goodies along with the job opportunities.
The event also marked the start of Geek Suite, a professional community under the Geek Room umbrella for professional-to-professional and professional-to-student connections.
